About a year ago, it had the engine repaired by Toyota for an Excessive Oil Consumption recall. Piston rings were replaced along with bearings, gaskets, and valve seals. All ports cleaned, oil Pan was also replaced, along with new spark plugs, thermostat, water pump and upper and lower motor mounts. They even replaced the whole dash board under a separate recall.
